  • Client Record Management: Input, update, and verify client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, ensuring that every entry reflects the most current production pipeline.
  • Digital Communication Tracking: Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and capture communications within the Monday.com platform, guaranteeing that no critical information slips through the cracks.
  • Database Stewardship: Follow arenaflex’s program guidelines for all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and related tools.
  • File Organization: Maintain both digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program guidelines, agency policies, and funder requirements.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with program staff to enhance communication flow, promote consistency in service delivery, and troubleshoot any data‑related issues.
  • Clerical Assistance: Perform a variety of administrative duties such as filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and supporting day‑to‑day office operations.
  • Remote Work Availability: Remain accessible for virtual meetings, conference calls, email correspondence, and regular duties as needed, adhering to the flexible work schedule.
