Remote Higher Education Program Evaluator

Our client, a national accrediting body, is seeking a diligent and analytical Remote Higher Education Program Evaluator to join their team. This is a fully remote position responsible for reviewing and assessing academic programs at colleges and universities to ensure compliance with accreditation standards. You will conduct in-depth analyses of self-study reports, institutional data, and evidence provided by institutions, preparing comprehensive evaluation reports for review committees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of higher education structures, accreditation processes, and academic quality assurance principles. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with institutional representatives, providing clear guidance on required documentation and processes, and identifying areas of non-compliance or potential risk. A Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field is required, with a Ph.D. strongly preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in higher education administration, accreditation, institutional research, or academic program review is essential. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, research, and writing skills are paramount. The ability to interpret complex data, work independently, and manage multiple evaluations concurrently is crucial. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and standards of higher education are vital for this role.
