HR & Recruitment Intern
Location: Remote / Work From Home Duration: 1–3 Months Stipend: Performance / Commission-Based Incentive Model Operational Scope: Talent Acquisition, Staffing Operations, Vendor Coordination, Recruitment Support, Client Hiring Support Role Overview: We are looking for Recruitment Interns who are interested in gaining practical exposure in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Client Coordination, and Candidate Management across live hiring projects. Selected interns will work closely with recruitment teams on real-time hiring mandates and will receive hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment workflows. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social platforms Screen resumes based on client requirements and job descriptions Conduct initial HR screening and candidate validation calls Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Share candidate updates and status reports internally Work on bulk hiring and niche hiring mandates Support recruiter teams with sourcing, scheduling, and operational coordination Learn recruitment workflows, ATS usage, and hiring processes Assist in employer outreach, lead generation, and vendor coordination activities wherever required Eligibility: MBA / BBA / Graduate students interested in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment/job portals/LinkedIn preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment Laptop and stable internet connection required What You Will Gain: Practical exposure to real-time recruitment operations Hands-on experience with hiring workflows and ATS systems Exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring across multiple domains Interview coordination and candidate management experience Internship Certificate & Documentation upon successful completion Performance-based incentive opportunities linked to successful closures Important Note: This is a remote/work-from-home internship opportunity operating on a performance/commission-based incentive model instead of a fixed monthly stipend.
