Virtual HR Assistant

Fluency in English is a must · Working hours PST. At CKCODECONNECT, we’re seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our Talent and Recruitment Operations in Tunisia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning, and contributing to the end-to-end hiring process while supporting our team’s operational and HR needs. You’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting research, and assisting with HR processes—all while gaining exposure to talent operations and client-related projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist the recruitment team with job postings, candidate sourcing, and tracking. Maintain candidate pipelines, records, and recruitment databases. Contribute to the end-to-end hiring process, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment operations. Conduct basic market and talent research to support hiring and client needs. Support HR tasks and recruitment processes as required. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and operational databases to streamline workflows. Assist with client projects and internal initiatives related to recruitment and operations. Support virtual events, reporting, and administrative tasks. Qualifications: Strong English fluency (written and spoken). Some experience in HR or recruitment, or relevant studies in HR/Business/Talent Management. Comfortable with collaborative tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with strong communication skills. Ability to work during PST hours. Why join our team?
