As a Senior UX Designer, Your role will include : Acting as a strategic partner who represents users and ensures their needs and feedback drive design decisions. Simplifying complex systems so workflows are clear, navigable, and solve users' real problems. Conducting evaluative user research and making data-driven design decisions. Contributing to our team's design guidance, AI tooling approaches, and shared knowledge of design and research best practices Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 5+ years of UX design experience, with work examples or a portfolio demonstrating design for complex products. Demonstrate exceptional UX design expertise with deep knowledge of technical personas and scalable solutions for complex systems. Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences that are aligned to business goals, user needs and engineering constraints. Demonstrate attention to detail and link content, terminology, and product reasoning effectively across various technical domains Demonstrate fluency in Hebrew and English to communicate design decisions and develop product or domain knowledge in both languages.
