Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of arenaflex’s business strategies, operational processes, and regulatory requirements, ensuring analytical outputs align with corporate goals.
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis to build robust business cases for technology and process enhancements, quantifying expected cost savings, revenue uplift, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for cross‑functional projects, translating technical requirements into business language and communicating project status to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop, design, and deploy dashboards, reporting tools, and self‑service analytics platforms that empower business partners to make data‑informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, compliance, system development, and other functional teams to design end‑to‑end solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience interpreting and reporting data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in querying databases using SQL, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, or SQL Server.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose operational problems and recommend actionable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
