What You Will Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the Arenaflex team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Data Entry & Database Management: You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining sales records, customer information, and market research data into our sophisticated database systems. Your precision ensures that our clients receive reliable information they can trust.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Performing regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of all entered data. This includes cross-referencing information, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Data Cleaning & De-duplication: Assisting with ongoing data cleanup projects to remove duplicate entries, update outdated information, and ensure our database remains organized and efficient. Your attention to detail will help streamline our operations.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Working closely with our sales department to ensure all customer data is current and reflects the most recent interactions, purchases, and inquiries. This partnership is essential for maintaining a 360-degree view of our customer relationships.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Preparing detailed reports and data analysis as requested by management. You will utilize company data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technology Utilization: Leveraging advanced data entry software and tools to increase productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in data management.
  • Problem Identification & Resolution: Proactively identifying data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues and communicating them promptly to the appropriate team members. Your vigilance helps maintain the quality standards we are proud of at Arenaflex.

What We're Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred and may be advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. Experience with CRM systems or database management is a plus.
  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute. Precision matters more than speed, but efficiency is valued.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with data entry software, CRM platforms, and database management tools is expected.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies. You should take pride in producing error-free work.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Discretion & Integrity: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion, professionalism, and ethical standards.

  • Location: Must reside in the Houston, Texas area. This is a remote position, but occasional in-person collaboration may be required.
