Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance measurement methodologies: Build and refine models for revenue lift, incremental sales, ghost advertising, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA), and rigorous A/B testing.
  • Strategic innovation: Define forward‑looking measurement strategies that incorporate best‑in‑class industry practices, uncover new market opportunities, and construct compelling business cases for product investments.
  • Cross‑functional partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and senior stakeholders to align roadmaps with business objectives, secure buy‑in, and drive execution.
  • Product roadmap ownership: Prioritize technical and commercial requirements, determine rollout strategies, and manage risk across multiple release cycles.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, ad‑tech, mar‑tech, or a closely related domain.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R, with a strong foundation in database concepts and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience building measurement solutions such as revenue lift, ghost advertising, market mix, and multi‑touch attribution models.
