Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, solution‑oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team as Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering courteous, knowledgeable, and timely assistance to product owners, prospective buyers, service partners, dealers, and distributors. You will work from home while participating in an intensive three‑month on‑site training program in either Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ. After training, you will enjoy a flexible part‑time schedule of 25–29 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into leadership or technical specialist positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers and field partners, embodying the brand’s reputation for excellence.
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to retrieve order information, warranty details, and service histories while conversing with callers.
  • Diagnose product issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and recommend appropriate actions, including service appointments or parts replacement.
  • Educate customers on proper product use, care, and maintenance to maximize satisfaction and longevity of arenaflex appliances.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant data is captured for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with installation teams, service technicians, and dealer networks to coordinate resolutions and follow‑up actions.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a technology‑focused or product‑support environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, negotiate solutions, and de‑escalate challenging situations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.

  • Must reside within 100 miles of either Fitchburg, WI (Madison area) or Goodyear, AZ (Phoenix area) to attend the mandatory three‑month on‑site training.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace for remote work.
