The Role: Senior Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable data analytics solutions on arenaflex's cloud platform, addressing complex business requirements with technically elegant solutions.
• Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and technical requirements, translating these insights into comprehensive data strategies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through implementation and optimization.
• Product Demonstration: Create compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations that showcase the power and versatility of arenaflex's data analytics solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver technical presentations, whitepapers, and documentation that educate clients and internal stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with product marketing, engineering, and sales teams to stay at the forefront of industry developments and contribute to product enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in virtualization or cloud infrastructure architectures in a client-facing or support role.
• Data Analytics Expertise: Proven experience with traditional data warehouse solutions, Big Data technologies, real-time streaming, and performance/scalability optimizations.
• Cloud Computing Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, cloud market dynamics, and experience delivering technical presentations or public speaking.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of addressing complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• System Architecture: Experience with system architecture design, implementation, tuning, schema design, and query optimization of scalable and distributed systems.
• Professional Consulting: Background in technical business consulting or professional services in cloud computing, data analytics, and Big Data solutions.
• Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event processing, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, visualization tools, and data governance on cloud architectures.
• Market Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing markets, competitive dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
• Requirements Analysis: Ability to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical architectures.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our organization. The base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$213,000 plus bonus and equity. Individual compensation is determined by factors including job level, location, relevant skills, experience, and education.
