Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a stable Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT) with no weekend requirements. You will join a collaborative team of data professionals who handle a variety of tasks—from high‑volume data entry to document classification and quality assurance—while adhering to arenaflex’s rigorous standards for accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑speed data entry (40 WPM + minimum) with a focus on accuracy, meeting or exceeding client‑specified quality thresholds.
  • Identify, sort, and classify a diverse range of forms and documents, including MEDI (Medical) forms, according to established guidelines.
  • Execute verification, validation, and correction procedures to ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to resolve discrepancies and improve processing workflows.
  • Maintain meticulous records of work performed, documenting any issues or exceptions for further review.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s security policies, data protection protocols, and client confidentiality agreements.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and performance feedback loops to continuously enhance skill sets.
  • Demonstrate self‑direction by troubleshooting routine challenges and escalating complex problems when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably with exposure to data entry or administrative support.
  • Proven typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Fundamental proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic internet navigation.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate information accurately.
