Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a consistent Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT) with no weekend requirements. You will work from the comfort of your home, with equipment provided by arenaflex, and you will be part of a collaborative, high‑performing team that values individuality, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑accuracy data entry tasks in accordance with client‑specific guidelines and quality standards.
  • Identify, classify, and process a variety of form types, including MEDI (Medical) documents, ensuring each is routed correctly.
  • Execute verification, validation, and quality‑control procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Follow established procedures for multiple task streams (Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other specialized DE tasks).
  • Operate with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong problem‑solving abilities and self‑direction.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve ambiguities, share best practices, and continuously improve workflow efficiency.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s policies, security protocols, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with internal stakeholders and, when required, external clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably with data‑centric responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic internet navigation.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate information accurately.
  • Excellent customer‑service orientation and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with document management systems or data‑entry platforms (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, or custom arenaflex tools).
  • Familiarity with data‑validation techniques and quality‑assurance best practices.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare‑related documentation (MEDI) or other regulated industries.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, processes, and client requirements.
  • Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and handling high‑volume workloads.
