  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on software development experience, with a strong focus on C++, WinRT, and WinUI.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17), object‑oriented design, and UI frameworks such as WinUI/XAML.
  • Full‑Lifecycle Development: Experience delivering software at scale, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • AI/ML Exposure: Practical experience integrating AI technologies (e.g., speech, vision, natural language) into user‑facing applications.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for low‑latency, high‑throughput applications.
  • Contributions to open‑source projects or a strong personal portfolio of relevant work.
  • Prior experience in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused technology environment.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Programming Languages: C++, C#, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and tooling.
  • UI Development: WinUI, XAML, and modern UI/UX principles.
  • Software Architecture: Design patterns, modular architecture, and service‑oriented design.
