By turning raw information into actionable insights, we empower our partners, customers, and communities to make smarter decisions every day. Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Part‑Time Data Entry Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This entry‑level role is perfect for candidates who thrive on organization, enjoy working with large data sets, and want to develop a solid foundation in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data‑driven decision making. The role is fully remote, offers a competitive hourly rate of $25, and provides a clear pathway to more advanced analytics positions within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand data‑related needs and translate them into clear analytical objectives.
  • Own and manage a dedicated analytics workstream, coordinating with junior analysts and data scientists to deliver end‑to‑end data products.
  • Utilize structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, identify patterns, and propose data‑backed solutions to business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for downstream analysis.
  • Apply statistical techniques and machine‑learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, classification) to build predictive models that support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, concise visualizations and reports that communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular meetings and workshops to present analytical outcomes, gather feedback, and refine future analytical approaches.
  • Leverage strong programming skills to explore, clean, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources.
  • Continuously monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant analytical experience in a data‑focused role (internships, co‑ops, or full‑time positions are acceptable).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL for querying relational databases and extracting data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high data quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of translating technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset—anticipates obstacles and implements preventive measures before they impact project timelines.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and languages (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Spark) for handling big data from diverse sources.
  • Deep knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling, with a specialization in at least one area (e.g., time‑series forecasting, natural language processing).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. is highly desirable and will be considered a strong differentiator.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems, identify root causes, and develop data‑driven recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous data entry and validation to ensure accuracy across all analytical outputs.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with cross‑functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks in a remote setting, balancing multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python/R, SQL, and data‑visualization tools; familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment, quickly learning new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
