About the Role

As a Customer Experience Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers. Working remotely, you will provide exceptional service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will handle a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from ticketing and check-in assistance to baggage inquiries, flight information, and general customer support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers, maintaining positive relationships with both internal teams and external passengers.
  • Operate computerized point-of-sale systems to handle ticketing, check-in, boarding passes, reservations, and related transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process various forms of payment including cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, ensuring accurate calculation of fares, change, and daily transaction balancing.
  • Check in passenger luggage and cargo, ensuring proper documentation and handling procedures are followed at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide flight and travel information, page customers when necessary, and resolve issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage boarding processes to ensure timely and efficient aircraft loading and departure.
  • Handle situations involving oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, and lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving such issues promptly and within company guidelines.
  • Provide current and accurate information regarding fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrivals, and departures to customers and airport visitors.
  • Complete required forms, reports, and documentation as outlined by arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Prepare anomaly and complaint reports as needed, ensuring all incidents are properly documented for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to support the overall success of arenaflex operations.
  • Adapt to varying responsibilities based on station size, organizational structure, and operational needs.
  • Meet all physical ability requirements associated with the role, including those related to remote workstation setup and extended periods of computer use.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
