Key Responsibilities – Delivering Excellence Across the Airport Experience

As a member of the London Heathrow customer services team within our worldwide cargo division, you will work closely with a group of Team Leaders to ensure a safe, efficient, and memorable airport experience for every customer. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistently provide first‑class customer service across all touchpoints, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards.
  • Execute a variety of airport‑related tasks such as check‑in, gate assistance, transfers, arrivals, baggage services, and ticketing (ATC) to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders for each flight, service area, or shift, following their guidance and adapting to dynamic operational needs.
  • Perform essential administrative duties including ATC documentation, pre‑flight checks, and flight departure reporting.
  • Uphold uniform standards and embody a customer‑centric approach at all times, reinforcing the professional image of arenaflex.
  • Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to enhance the travel experience and generate additional revenue.
  • Participate in mandatory training within designated timeframes to stay current on safety, security, and service protocols.
  • Adhere to and champion safe operating practices in every scenario, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the role, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.
