What You'll Be Doing As a Live Chat and Email Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on business websites and social media platforms with speed, accuracy, and professionalism - Handling email customer support tickets, ensuring timely and thorough responses that address all customer concerns - Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, asking clarifying questions, and offering personalized solutions - Sharing product information, sales links, and promotional discounts to help customers make informed purchasing decisions - Troubleshooting common issues and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions - Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes - Collaborating with team members and managers to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary - Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor in every interaction - Meeting performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For
