Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members, entrepreneurs, and business owners, actively listening to understand their needs and recommending appropriate arenaflex SBS products and services.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators clearly and accurately, ensuring members receive tailored solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Continuously develop and refine core sales skills, including relationship building, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance in a fast‑paced, remote environment, maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Document essential transaction data in accordance with established processes and procedures, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to all operational and compliance policies related to transaction processing and data security, upholding arenaflex’s reputation for reliability.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, webinars, and coaching sessions to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including fraud prevention, risk management, and technical support—to resolve complex member issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, with additional training provided.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or sales environment, demonstrating a track record of building trust through active listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in a customer‑centric, sales‑driven setting, preferably within financial services or related sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, CRM tools, and remote communication technologies.
