  • Manage reservations using industry‑standard platforms such as SABRE and QIK, including booking, re‑booking, and ticket issuance for both current and future travel dates.
  • Conduct thorough check‑ins for premium travelers, confirming identification, handling flight changes, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the journey.
  • Issue and re‑issue tickets, process refunds, and place passengers on waitlists when necessary, always adhering to airline policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with higher‑level support teams (CSC, CSM) to resolve escalated issues, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the Passenger Name Record (PNR) and maintain up‑to‑date records of loyalty program status.
  • Facilitate club and lounge operations, including inventory checks, beverage service coordination, and technology assistance for guests.
  • Manage meeting‑room reservations for same‑day travel needs, arrange catering, and oversee the opening/closing of lounge facilities.
  • Monitor and report on alcohol inventory in collaboration with on‑site staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines (FAA, TSA, etc.) while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and complete ongoing development modules to stay current with industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in high‑volume customer service, preferably within the airline or hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency with reservation systems (SABRE, QIK) and standard office software (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms).
  • Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain unescorted access to secure airport areas if required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience with loyalty programs such as Attendant Key, Five Star, or OneWorld.
  • Familiarity with airport operations, lounge management, and hospitality services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in‑person training or corporate events.

Core Competencies for Success
