Remote - IN PITTSBURGH, PA - SENIOR Accounts Receivable Specialist

- RESIDE IN OR NEAR PITTSBURGH
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or DIRECTLY related field.
- EXPERIENCE WITH SAGE INTACCT IS REQUIRED.
- Time Billing experience IS REQUIRED (billing off hours worked — staffing, CPA firm, law firm, consulting, etc.)
- Large company AR experience REQUIRED (high-volume portfolio management)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on AR/Accounting experience REQUIRED
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills REQUIRED
- Must be able to pass a strong comprehensive criminal background check. DUTIES
- Prepare, assemble, and issue accurate monthly client invoices
- Validate time, billing, and project data for accuracy
- Manage AR collections, reminders, and customer follow-up
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies; issue credit/debit memos
- Support 1099 vendor onboarding & compliance tracking
- Process AP vendor invoices and maintain vendor/vendor data
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team Pay $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits

- The pay for this position is strictly between 30-35/hr. NON - NEGOTIABLE!!! Is this range something you will accept and thus understand thereof?
- This position is listed as TEMP - TO - HIRE. This means after a 90 day probationary period you will be hired on as a permanent candidate. The position is FULL TIME, 40hrs a week, even during the probationary period and of course continues to be full time 40 hours after the probationary period. THERE ARE NO BENEFITS DURING THE 90 DAY PROBATIONAY PERIOD. Is this something you understand and accept?
