Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to become an integral part of arenaflex’s data operations team.   • Data Confidentiality: Uphold strict data security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information in compliance with industry standards and privacy regulations.
  • Data Cleansing: Participate in regular data‑cleaning initiatives, removing duplicates, standardizing fields, and enhancing overall data integrity.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and client contacts to clarify data requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure consistency across datasets.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate routine reports, summarize key metrics, and assist in basic data analysis tasks as directed by project leads.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related administrative role (minimum 1‑2 years preferred).
