  • Mentor new hires and less‑experienced teammates, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Continuously meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience delivering customer service in a call‑center, banking, or related environment.
