Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, part‑time Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join the Investment Protection Center (ICC) within our Wealth and Investment Management division. In this role, you will serve brokerage‑account holders via phone and digital channels, providing timely, accurate assistance and resolving complex inquiries. You will act as a front‑line problem solver, balancing empathy with efficiency, and will continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and respond to digital inquiries from brokerage clients, delivering courteous, solution‑focused service.

- Problem Resolution: Identify root causes of client issues, propose actionable solutions, and follow through to ensure complete resolution.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field, demonstrated through employment, training, military service, or education.
