Product Manager – Senior, Staff, Principal

Job Description:

• You'll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product.
• Take end-to-end responsibility from identifying the opportunity through shipping and iterating in-market.
• Manage a large, interconnected surface area without losing focus.
• Make decisions using quantitative data, qualitative research, and customer feedback.
• Communicate in a way that is clear, succinct, and proactive across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products
• Strong technical fluency
• Familiarity with financial data or data platform products is a meaningful advantage
• Experience in fintech, personal finance, or other trust-sensitive consumer domains is nice to have
• Background at an organization known for strong product craft and high-velocity execution is a nice to have
• Experience at an early-stage or scaling startup where you were a hands-on builder is a nice to have
