Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated German‑Speaking Night Shift Customer Support Specialist to join arenaflex’s remote support team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our German‑language customers, providing timely, empathetic, and effective assistance during night‑time hours. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of arenaflex in the German‑speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality support to German‑speaking customers via email, live chat, and telephone, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s standards of professionalism and care.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of inquiries, from simple product questions to complex technical issues, while maintaining a calm and solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, capturing essential details, resolutions, and feedback for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Technical Support, Product Management, and Billing—to escalate and resolve intricate problems that require specialized expertise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (native or near‑native proficiency) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support, help‑desk, or related service role, preferably within a remote or multinational environment.
