Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from arenaflex cardholders with a professional, friendly, and solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Maintain and update customer records in arenaflex’s secure, multi‑window computer system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of inquiries, including billing questions, transaction disputes, account updates, and fraud alerts.
  • Authorize sales, process payments, and perform account adjustments in accordance with arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build rapport with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and offering tailored recommendations that meet their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as fraud detection, collections, and technical support—to deliver seamless service experiences.
  • Document call outcomes, follow‑up actions, and escalations accurately in the arenaflex CRM platform.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, or equivalent experience gained through military service.
  • Residency within a 2½‑hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to satisfy occasional on‑site requirements.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to navigate multiple windows, type accurately while speaking, and use Microsoft Outlook and other standard office applications.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of resolving issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; arenaflex does not sponsor employment visas.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test, background investigation, and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process.
