Associate Recruiter (Contract)

Stratasys is a world leader in 3D printing, providing innovative solutions for various industries. The Associate Recruiter will support hiring efforts for manufacturing and production positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process for manufacturing and production positions from sourcing through offer stage
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and talent pipeline development
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

Skills

  • 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing tools
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, operations, or skilled labor positions
