[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Education Strategy Consulting’s mission is to bring high-quality data analytics and visualizations to the field of education. They are looking for additional data analysts to work on multiple projects, responsible for exploring data sets, identifying anomalies, and managing the data project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Exploring the internal logic of often complex data sets with subtle interconnections in order to articulate their full meaning
- Identifying anomalies within a data set, researching underlying causes, and designing or recommending solutions to the team
- Assuming responsibility for the entire lifecycle of a data project, including planning, data ingestion, data restoration, quality assurance, and preparation for visualization
Skills

- An eagerness to learn about the US educational system
- Familiarity with databases/SQL
- Mathematics or Physics backgrounds preferred
