What You'll Do
Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom Assess each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals Educate clients on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options Develop personalized recommendations based on individual circumstances Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and account assistance when needed Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service Participate in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and professional development sessions Who Thrives in This Role Professionals with a strong client-first mindset Confident communicators who build trust in virtual environments Organized individuals who can effectively manage multiple priorities Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently Candidates proficient with digital tools, Zoom, and virtual communication platforms Service-oriented individuals who value relationship-building and problem-solving Customer service, sales, consulting, healthcare, education, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required
