About the Position We are looking for a skilled Consultant – Reporting & Analytics to join our team and support our existing Dayforce HCM client base. In this role, you'll scope, document, develop, test, and deliver billable Reporting and Analytics solutions across various HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll, WFM Organization Structure, and SQL-based reporting. You will collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery. You’ll also provide technical leadership on multi-resource projects, mentor junior consultants, and play a critical role in maintaining high client satisfaction through timely and quality outcomes. What you’ll get to do: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Reporting & Analytics projects, including scoping, design, documentation, configuration, testing, and client communication Strong emphasis in Payroll along with WFM Organization Structure to deliver Reporting projects successfully Lead complex projects and resolve issues with minimal oversight Deliver innovative, client-centric solutions on time and within budget Write and maintain complex SQL queries and logic to support reporting needs Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using embedded Power BI Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough system testing and issue resolution Coordinate resources across Dayforce, clients, and vendors as needed for successful project execution Maintain accurate project updates in time tracking, project tracking, and billing systems Skills and Experience we Value: Strong SQL skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field Familiarity with Dayforce HCM implementation tools Experience with HR/Payroll/Time and Attendance systems Remote or general office environment Occasional travel to client or prospect sites as needed May require working extended hours to meet project deadlines Work across multiple time zones Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use What’s in it for you Dayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
