About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product and Marketing, turning what we build into clear positioning, compelling stories, and go-to-market execution that drives growth. As CiraSync’s first dedicated product marketer, you’ll define how we bring our platform to market. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves fast, takes initiative, and knows how to turn product into messaging that resonates. This is an active, open, full-time position. What You’ll Do: Develop clear, differentiated messaging that translates product capabilities into business value Own go-to-market strategy and execution for product and platform launches Create high-impact assets (sales decks, demo scripts, blogs, and social content) Build enablement materials like one-pagers, battlecards, and objection guides Partner closely with Product and Demand Gen to align messaging and campaigns Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and win/loss analysis Continuously refine messaging based on data, feedback, and performance What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS Proven experience launching a product or major feature to market Strong writing and storytelling skills (this role is content-heavy) Experience creating product messaging, GTM assets, and sales enablement materials Portfolio required (must include examples of a product you’ve taken to market) Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment Ability to take ownership and execute without direction Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive compensation Comprehensive health benefits RRSP matching Unlimited PTO Remote-first culture Collaborate with a global team Ready to Grow Your Career?
