Software Tech Lead (Java/Python + React) - Remote

Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue triage and resolution. Support architecture changes, integrations, and platform updates. Maintain and evolve event-based system logic. Drive build, deployment, and release best practices. YOUR PROFILE 7+ years of software engineering experience. Proven technical leadership experience (must have led or coordinated engineers). Java + Spring Boot or Python (Django). Strong experience with React. Experience with Kafka and GraphQL Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB. Experience with at least one of these platforms: Dagster, Data Lakes or Amazon Athena. Ability to debug cross-system issues (frontend, backend, APIs, data) Ability to own full lifecycle. WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
