* We are looking for a top-tier German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help a global leader in professional networking and digital business software grow. Your main focus will be reaching out to past corporate clients, helping them build their brand, and showing them how to use our elite hiring and advertising tools. Whether you already live anywhere in Bulgaria or want to move here, we want to hear from you! We provide a full relocation package for international candidates. Your Main Tasks Bring Back Clients: Reach out to previous high-value business clients in the German-speaking (DACH) market and rebuild those relationships. Find Opportunities: Figure out what challenges a business is facing and connect with their top executives. Consultative Selling: Create smart, data-driven plans to solve client hiring and branding problems. Handle the Whole Sale: Manage the entire process from finding leads to negotiating and closing the deal. Be an Advisor: Act as an expert on digital trends to help clients get the best results for their money. What We Are Looking For Languages: Native or fluent German (C1/C2) for executive meetings, plus good English (B2 minimum) to talk with the global team. Experience: At least 2 years of success in B2B sales (ideally in Tech, Software/SaaS, or Digital Ads). Sales Skills: Experience using standard sales methods to qualify leads (like BANT or MEDDIC). Remote Work Skills: Highly organized and able to hit your targets while working from home. Education: A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
