Enrollment Coach II / Senior Enrollment Coach
The Enrollment Coach II / Senior Enrollment Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of student recruitment and enrollment for higher education client institutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through application processes and managing retention services. Key Responsibilities: Handle 100+ calls per day managing prospective student inquiries, conduct interviews, process applications and document collection, maintain CRM records, and follow up with enrolled students for timely registration. Manage large student enrollment portfolios, collaborate with clients and management on enrollment strategies, and assist in training colleagues. Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse prospective students, excellent attention to detail for paperwork and compliance management, ability to work independently while collaborating with teams, and proficiency with CRM systems. Product knowledge of higher education programs and ability to provide detailed, accurate information to informed prospects.
