Product Owner Manager
Job Description:
- Define and scope complex project systems and facilitate communication
- Consult with users and clients to resolve complex system issues
- Support internal process changes from requirements through implementation
- Determine standard functional process flow
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts
- Take end-to-end process ownership
- Create documents related to the process life cycle
- Drive process development across teams through business requirements
- Advocate for the needs of customers and operations
- Analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to front line staff and team members as needed.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Product/Finance Management within the B2C last mile.
- Extensive experience and expertise in the parcel shipment lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with software implementations within finance operations
- Certified Agile or Scrum Product Owner is preferred.
- Proficient experience in using software such as Visio and Notion is preferred.
