Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing document review and data entry support to our clients. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will make a significant difference in the organization you support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
- Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
- Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Provide great customer service and work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
Work Schedule:
* Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM EST (with occasional weekends and overtime)
- Flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs and preferences
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in data entry, document processing, or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
