Description & Requirements https://skillbridge.osd.mil/ Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job. - Ensure all pertinent recruiting and onboarding is accurate. - Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts. - Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, payroll and policy. - Responsible for managing processes and maintain a close and highly responsible relationship to the day-to-day activities of supervisors and staff. As an intern Recruitment Coordinator you will assist in day-to-day job posting efforts, strategies and reporting to support our various clients. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and has strong multi-tasking, detail orientation and communication skills. Leveraging innovative ideas and approaches, utilize applicant tracking system (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), social media outlets, resume databases and professional networks to help build talent pipelines for hiring goals. Work on assignments that are routine in nature, including daily communications (via email, text and phone calls) to maintain and build candidate pipelines. Assist with content writing for communication templates (email and text) for candidate outreach. Assist with weekly reporting. Minimum Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience. - May have training or education in area of specialization. Length of Program: 4 months Total Number of Weeks: 16 weeks Week 1: Intro. to Maximus Learn Posting team structure, Talent Acquisition Marketing team structure, & how we support the larger TA function. Week 2-4: Job distribution channels Learn how to post/unpost open positions, sourcing efforts across multiple channels, template usage. Week 5: Content creation Learn how to create various outreach templates to ensure positive candidate experience and response rates Week 6: Reporting Learn how to update weekly/monthly reports for conversion metrics, ROI of vendors, etc. Week 7-16: Owning Take ownership of assigned location(s) for all posting, updating, refreshing needs. Create various templates monthly & as needed for event recruitment marketing. Maintain weekly reports for Recruiting Manager. EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
