Digital Marketing and Advertising Campaign Specialist

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Digital Marketing & Advertising Campaign Specialist Mental Health | Performance Marketing | Google Ads–Forward We Build Growth Engines for Mental Health Clinics. Want to Help? We are a social impact marketing and consulting company with a mission to empower mental health clinics to improve the patient experience and make life-changing treatments more accessible to the world. We specialize in lead generation and intake management for clinics. Our AdOps team runs highly targeted campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to help our clients grow. As a startup, we thrive on agility, collaboration, and innovation. We partner with forward‑thinking clinics offering TMS, Spravato, and advanced neuropsychiatric care—and help them grow through performance marketing. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Advertising Campaign Specialist to join our fast‑growing, entrepreneurial team. The Role: This role is ideal for a strategic, data‑driven marketer with hands‑on experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok (and beyond). You’ll be responsible for launching, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns that drive qualified leads and real results for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our cross‑functional team, wear multiple hats, and play a key role in campaign execution, reporting, and growth strategy. We’re a startup‑minded agency—so being proactive, organized, and a strong communicator is key. This role is execution‑heavy, systems‑oriented, and built for scale rather than high‑touch account ownership. Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation across Google Ads (primary focus), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Analyze campaign and post‑lead data to uncover trends, reduce acquisition costs, and increase lead volume and quality.
  • Collaborate with creative, CRM, and strategy teams to build full‑funnel campaigns that convert.
  • Build reports and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations internally and (when needed) directly to clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate performance data into actionable insights and testing opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues across platforms, pixels, CRMs, and landing pages.
  • Stay on top of platform changes, ad policy updates, and new growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input, contribute to testing roadmaps, and “jump in” where needed across campaign execution, QA, internal process improvement, and cross‑team support.
  • Support evolving workflows and systems as the company scales—this role will grow and change over time.
  • Use AI tools to support campaign efficiency, including ad copy generation, creative ideation, briefing support, and optimization insights.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging AI‑powered tools for paid media, automation, and workflow improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of digital advertising experience (Google Ads and Meta required; TikTok, YouTube, or others a bonus).
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid media across Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a strong preference for candidates with advanced Google Ads familiarity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in campaign optimization, creative development, and copywriting, with a strong interest in and enthusiasm for leveraging tools within paid media and healthcare advertising.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of low‑touch client accounts (50+) with strong organization and prioritization.
  • Performance marketing mindset: you think in CPL, ROAS, CAC, and funnel metrics. Impressions and engagement rate don’t get you out of bed in the morning…
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with precision, performance, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Comfortable contributing to client‑facing conversations around strategy, ideation, and performance when needed.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar (bonus if you’ve worked on lead nurture workflows).
  • Curious, adaptable, and highly self‑motivated—you thrive in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments, where no task is too big or too small.
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of start‑up growth, including the flexibility and resilience required to navigate change, ambiguity, and ongoing process development.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and testing new ideas.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience marketing in the healthcare or mental health space.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA‑compliant advertising and privacy best practices.
  • Copywriting experience (ads, landing pages, or email).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience working with tracking scripts and pixels.
  • Prior agency or startup experience.

Cultural & Personal Fit:

  • Strong alignment with our mission to expand access to mental health care.
  • Collaborative, people‑oriented, and respectful—someone who genuinely enjoys working with others.
  • Comfortable stepping outside your lane to help the team when needed (“all hands on deck”).
  • Highly organized and self‑directed in a fully remote environment.
  • Task‑oriented, but thoughtful—able to balance efficiency with nuance and care.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a fast‑growing agency in an impactful niche.
  • Make real contributions and work closely with decision‑makers.
  • Learn across functions: creative, CRM, performance, strategy, and CRO.
  • Enjoy remote flexibility and a team culture built on ownership, creativity, and results.
