Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll wear multiple hats to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating order processing and managing returns
  • Handling customer quality and service claims
  • Data entry for sales orders
  • Creating shipping labels
  • Managing sales and marketing sample orders

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat messages on our website and social media accounts

  • Address inquiries from existing customers, covering topics like returns and re-ordering
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with new communication strategies and best practices
  • Maintain an encyclopedic knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Independence and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Commitment of at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
