Key Responsibilities:

As a Helpdesk Chat Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing live chat customer support to users facing technical difficulties via our website and social media accounts
  • Responding to incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolving product issues, account recovery, and other technical difficulties through our live chat system
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Helpdesk Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
