Freelance Production & Operations Specialist — Fashion/Accessories AA is an accessories manufacturer looking for a freelance production and operations specialist to support our growing brand partnerships. What we're looking for: Someone with hands-on experience managing production, sourcing, or operations for fashion or accessories brands — whether brand-side, factory-side, or as an independent consultant. You've dealt with tech packs, supplier coordination, production timelines, and the daily reality of getting products made on time and on spec. We want to understand how you work, what challenges you've navigated, and whether there's a fit for collaboration. Strong candidates may be engaged for ongoing project work. You're a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years working in fashion/accessories production or operations
- Have managed supplier relationships, sample development, or production runs
- Understand tech packs, BOMs, and the sampling-to-bulk process
- Have worked with brands in the $500K-$10M revenue range
- Can work independently on a remote, flexible basis
