  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Confirm appointments with clients in advance and send reminders as necessary.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars, ensuring accuracy and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
  • Collect and verify essential client information for appointments.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding appointment availability, services, and general information in a polite and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues or urgent client requests to the appropriate personnel.
  • Document all interactions and scheduling activities accurately within established databases or CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and client experience. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages (e.g., Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if the role is remote or hybrid.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if required. Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Prior experience with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.
