Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling strategies to generate leads and nurture relationships
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting tailored technology solutions that meet client needs
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications for reporting purposes

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within the technology or software industry
• Strong background in B2B sales, with demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and lead generation strategies
• Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development practices is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying motivated and goal-oriented
