Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Tulsa, OK store. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the perfect products for their projects. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied

  • Help customers navigate our store, finding what they need and answering their questions
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales, sharing this information with customers and colleagues
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, with frequent walking and bending
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds and maneuver heavy objects (e.g., display fixtures, merchandise)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales

  • Knowledge of arts and crafts supplies, framing, or other creative materials
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
