Responsibilities As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. * Building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote arenaflex's products, including auto, home, and life insurance. * Collaborating with the State Farm Agent team to achieve business objectives and drive growth. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
