Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with technical teams: You'll work closely with software technicians, technical support, and developers to investigate and diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions to resolve them.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution: You'll analyze technical logs to identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects, and provide timely and effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Communication and customer service: You'll handle technical processes and explain them to less-technical people, ensuring that our clients and their end-users receive exceptional support and guidance.
  • Quality management and process improvement: You'll monitor and improve the quality of the tech support process, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

  • Experience with various mobile phone platforms: You'll have experience working with multiple mobile phone platforms, including iOS and Android.
