Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, providing consultation on pricing, service plans, and billing issues
  • Preparing account changes, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and identifying potential new sales opportunities
  • Assisting with customer retention and working with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Negotiating customer prices, service plan payments, and billing issues consistent with specified company guidelines
  • Utilizing active listening and communication skills to provide customers with exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with prior experience in a customer service setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong troubleshooting and negotiating skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a home services or related industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
