We’re on the hunt for a Settlement Coordinator Extraordinaire who can juggle contracts, coordinate closings, and keep clients smiling from start to finish. What You'll Be Rockin' Daily:

  • Team up with real estate agents and buyer settlement teams to open and process new files
  • Order payoffs and deeds, and keep all the legal docs accurate and in-check
  • Review deeds and title docs like a pro—make sure everything is good to go for closing
  • Coordinate schedules, share disclosures, and ensure everyone’s on the same page
  • Handle communication like a champ—between agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
  • Keep Greenfolders looking sharp and up-to-date
  • Pitch in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years’ experience in processing, closing, or post-closing (bonus points for SoftPro & Greenfolders knowledge)
  • Stellar organization & multitasking skills
  • A knack for reviewing legal docs and spotting issues before they become problems
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (and general computer confidence)
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to rock it solo when needed
  • Clear communication skills—both written and verbal

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour day shifts (no weekends!)
