Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions using American Express SBS products.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide in-depth product and service information to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and differentiators of American Express Independent Venture Services.
  • Key Selling Skills: Develop and maintain key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales.
  • Client Care: Deliver exceptional client care by responding to client inquiries in a fast-paced, organized environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all administrative and consistency rules related to sales and customer service practices.

Essential Qualifications

* Client Support Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales and customer service environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • High-Speed, Measurement-Driven Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment, with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an electronic climate.
  • Virtual Environment: Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and platforms.
