Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies to promote MIT's mission and enhance its online presence. Create engaging and impactful content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all digital channels. Monitor and analyze digital marketing and communication metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to reach target audiences. Manage and maintain MIT's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners, to gather information and promote MIT's initiatives. Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and other team members to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital content. Ensure all digital content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with MIT's branding and messaging guidelines. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant and timely digital content. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the effectiveness and impact of digital marketing and communication efforts. Identify and implement strategies to increase website traffic, social media followers, and overall engagement with MIT's digital platforms. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
